We were. When the war was over, we were given the option to stay there, and help rebuild, return home or go to another world. We Theosians opted to return home- but two of us ended up here immediately, Marian arrived a little while later.

Of course not. If it's not Tevinter, it's Orlais. If it's not Orlais, then it's Ferelden in a never ending cycle of skirmish or disagreement. The only differences are where it takes place. Some are more apt to take it to the proverbial battlefield, whilst others battle with status and machination.
A lot of people from Thedas I have met feel the same. [Once, he did too, so he can't really blame them. ] You may be fortunate and be sent back sooner rather than later. It all depends on how interesting Atroma finds you.
